User Management
The user management section of the admin portal gives administrators visibility into all registered accounts on the platform.
Viewing All Users
Navigate to the Users section in the admin portal to see a list of all platform users. Each entry shows:
- Name — The user’s display name.
- Email — Their registered email address.
- Role — Their account type (planner, vendor, or admin).
- Date joined — When they created their account.
Filtering by Role
Use the role filter to narrow the user list:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Planner | Users who create and manage events |
| Vendor | Service providers with vendor portal access |
| Admin | Platform administrators with access to the admin portal |
Filtering helps you quickly find specific groups of users — for example, viewing all vendors to check their approval status, or finding all admins on the platform.
User Details
Click on any user to view their full account details, including:
- Account information (name, email, role)
- Account creation date
- Activity history
Tip: Use the user list alongside the vendor approval queue to cross-reference vendor accounts and their submission status.
