The portal is designed for any business or individual that provides event services — photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, venues, decorators, and more. Whether you are a solo operator or part of a larger company, the vendor portal gives you the tools to connect with planners and manage your bookings.

How It Connects to the Planner
When a planner adds you as a vendor to their event, you appear in their vendor list. The planner controls your status (enquired, quoted, confirmed) and decides what guest data you can access through the permission matrix.
From your side, you see the events you are linked to and any data the planner has chosen to share. This two-way connection keeps everyone on the same page without endless email chains.
