Your Events

The events page in the vendor portal shows all the events that planners have linked you to. This gives you a clear picture of your upcoming bookings and enquiries.

Viewing Your Events

Navigate to the Events page in the vendor portal to see a list of all events you are associated with. Each event card shows:

  • Event name — The name the planner gave their event.
  • Event date — When the event is scheduled.
  • Event type — The kind of event (wedding, birthday, corporate, etc.).
  • Your status — Your current booking status for this event.

Understanding Event Status

Your status on each event is set by the planner and reflects where you are in the booking process:

StatusWhat It Means
EnquiredThe planner has added you to their event and may be reaching out. No commitment yet.
QuotedYou have provided a quote or proposal to the planner. They are reviewing your offer.
ConfirmedThe planner has confirmed your booking. You are locked in for this event.
CancelledThe planner has decided not to go ahead with your services for this event.

What Each Status Means for You

  • Enquired — Expect a message or enquiry from the planner. Check your messages inbox for any new conversations.
  • Quoted — The planner is reviewing your offer, possibly alongside other vendors. Follow up via messaging if you have not heard back.
  • Confirmed — You are booked. Check for any shared guest data the planner has made available to you.
  • Cancelled — No action needed. The event stays in your history for reference.

Tip: Keep an eye on events with the “Enquired” status. Responding quickly to enquiries increases your chances of being booked.

Guest Data Access

For confirmed events (and sometimes earlier), planners may share guest data with you through the permission matrix. If data has been shared, you can view it directly from the event. See Viewing Guest Data for details on what information may be available.
